  I emailed this dentist 3 year's ago asking if they took on NHS patients. They emailed me back quite quickly saying that they had up to an 18 month waiting list but asked if i wanted to be placed on their waiting list. As i needed a dentist badly & hadn't had luck anywhere else i agreed to being placed on the waiting list. Anyway 2 year's passed & i hadn't heard anything from them so i emailed them on several occasions but still heard nothing. I left it another 6 months & decided to email them again. I still heard nothing then i was chatting to a friend of mine about it one day & it was her that told me that they had stopped taking on NHS patients. As you can imagine i was really annoyed. I think the least they could of done is to have contacted me to tell me this themselves. I would of been able to enquire at other dentists had i known.
