    Stewart and his team at ElecTrust did a thorough, caring, top-quality rewire of my 3 bed semi. The electrics were in a dire state (neglected & bodged) so everything needed complete overhaul, and I specified A LOT of additional jobs.

    Stewart was extremely patient during the quoting process, answering all my questions and taking time to go through the job thoroughly. I never felt rushed, pressurised or self-conscious about asking questions. He gave sound advice and pertinent, thoughtful prompts which really helped me to work out what I wanted. He was helpful, responsive and (again!) patient, going backwards and forwards via email answering my queries and adapting the job as my spec evolved. He was also very gracious dealing with my tendency to micro-manage!

    Not only did ElecTrust fit my rewire in extremely soon (I'm now able to move in before the other companies would have started!), but the turnaround was super-fast due to the approach of using a larger team. Initially I was sceptical that the job could be done properly in a weekend, but really taking a quarter of the time with 4 x the man power is not far-fetched, and is win-win all round. The job was not rushed - quality of the work, attention to detail and a pervading conscientious approach (which will be apparent after spending 2 minutes with Stewart!) all evidence this. I felt that jobs like mine are these guys' bread and butter: they know how to do them properly and efficiently. A bit of a "powerhouse" when it comes to rewires!

    Another unique offering is the multi-skilled team: ElecTrust's approach was SO MUCH simpler, easier and cost-efficient for me. For example, a plumber being part of the team working on my house meant I didn't have to vet, arrange and pay for a separate tradesman to finish the electric-shower installation. Likewise, high quality plastering was offered for a very fair price as well. The team were also not fazed by additional manual tasks like drilling, removing appliances etc. Stewart was even able to help me repair my broken burglar alarm... I can't tell you how grateful I am for that!!

    Importantly, the price for the job was really competitive, particularly given the speed ElecTrust can offer, and the simplicity (for the client) of having a multi-skilled team which can work together at the same time to handle all aspects of the job.

    All works were done on time and as I asked for. Stewart checked all details with me before actioning anything off-plan, but they handled any problem-solving and took initiative with the technical side.
    Stewart also included a few small extra jobs for no charge, which was generous and which I find extremely humbling. This is representative of his conscientious approach to his work and his customers.

    I am so grateful to have found such a fantastic outfit for electrical work. I have 100% confidence in their work on my home, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely use ElecTrust again for any future electrical works. Thank you so much for your hard work Stewart & team! :-)
