  The wife's Golf has a gearbox problem. My mechanic told me to expect a bill from £1000-£1600. Phones around various gearbox specialists, and was happy to hear that Harry rebuilds your existing gearbox as opposed to an refurbished off the shelf or worse a used second hand. Job was a lot sooner than expected and for a lot less then the price above. Proper sound guy and really good mechanic!
